Sidley Adds Natalie Karam as Capital Markets Partner From Cooley

Natalie Karam joined Sidley Austin as a partner in its capital markets practice in California, the firm announced Thursday.

Karam advises clients on capital markets and general corporate and securities matters, the firm said. She represents issuers, underwriters, and private equity firms on securities transactions, including initial public offerings and other equity offerings, high-yield and investment-grade debt offerings, and exchange offers and other liability management transactions.

She joins from Cooley.
