Latham & Watkins partner Michael Podolny is heading to Sidley Austin as the law firm continues its expansion of its emerging companies practice.
Podolny is joining the firm as a partner in its emerging companies and venture capital practice in its Palo Alto and San Francisco offices, Sidley announced on Tuesday. He has advised tech startups like Canva Inc., Discord Inc., and Grammarly Inc.
