Clive Gringras joined Sidley Austin as a partner in its commercial litigation and disputes practice in London, the firm announced Monday.
Gringras’ practice focuses on bet-the-company litigation and technology-rich cross-border transactions, including advising on regulatory investigations and litigation, antitrust, and a wide range of AI and cyber issues, the firm said.
He joins from CMS Cameron McKenna Nabarro Olswang.
