Patricia M. Flanagan has joined Shutts & Bowen LLP as a partner in the intellectual property practice group in West Palm Beach, Fla., the firm said Monday.
Flanagan focuses on the protection, monetization and enforcement of intellectual property rights, according to Shutts.
She has experience with the strategic management and utilization of trademark portfolios, including procurement, maintenance, licensing, and asserting and defending trademark and unfair competition litigation, Shutts said.
