Shopify Pays $13.4 Million to Ex-Jenner Partner, Biden Aide

Shopify Inc. gave its general counsel Jessica Hertz a 50% jump in her pay package to surpass $13.4 million in 2024, ahead of the Canadian e-commerce giant listing a US headquarters in New York for the first time.

Hertz, who joined Shopify in 2021 after spending almost a year as staff secretary in the Biden administration’s White House, had her total compensation last year disclosed in a 10-K filing by the company this week.
