Jad Davis has been named managing partner of the Orange County, Calif., office of Shook Hardy & Bacon, the firm said Thursday.
Davis represents clients in environmental matters such as compliance, environmental enforcement, and civil cost recovery matters, according to Shook.
His clients include family-owned businesses and multi-national corporations, Shook said.
