Michael Shortnacy has joined Shook Hardy & Bacon as a partner in its complex litigation strategic counseling practice, the firm said Monday.
Shortnacy defends clients with a focus in the automotive, pharmaceutical, consumer products, and food and beverage industries in class action and mass tort litigation, according to Shook.
He has experience counseling clients in discovery in bet-the-company litigation and investigations, said the firm.
