Stephanie Marcantonio has joined Sheppard Mullin as a healthcare partner in the New York office, the firm said Wednesday.
Marcantonio represents clients in connection to divestitures, mergers, affiliations, and joint ventures, according to Sheppard Mullin.
She joins from Crowell & Moring, where she served as a partner and a member of the corporate steering committee.
