Adam Marks joined Sheppard Mullin as a health-care partner in Chicago, the firm announced Monday.
Marks represents hospital and health system clients in transactional matters, including mergers, acquisitions, affiliations, divestitures, and joint ventures, the firm said.
He also counsels clients on health information technology matters, including those related to software licensing, hosting, and implementation, and regularly negotiates complex arrangements for his clients, Sheppard Mullin said.
He joins from McDermott, Will & Emery.
