Sheppard Mullin Poaches DLA Piper Aerospace, Defense Partner

Sarah Kahn joined Sheppard, Mullin, Richter & Hampton as a partner in its corporate practice group and aerospace, defense and government services industry team in Washington, DC, the firm announced Thursday.

Kahn joins from DLA Piper, where she co-chaired the firm’s aerospace, defense and government services transactional practice. She brings more than 20 years of experience leading large scale, complex mergers and acquisitions involving public and private companies, manufacturers, technology developers and service providers, Sheppard Mullin said.
