Zach Hutton joined Sheppard, Mullin, Richter & Hampton as a partner in its labor and employment practice group in San Francisco, the firm announced Tuesday.
Hutton advises and litigates for clients on discrimination and harassment claims, family and medical leaves, and complex wage and hour disputes, the firm said. He represents employers in the technology, retail, financial services, staffing, hospitality, health care, and insurance industries in class and collective actions, agency investigations, individual plaintiff claims, and administrative hearings.
He joins from Paul Hastings.
