Michael Malfettone joined Sheppard, Mullin, Richter & Hampton as a partner in its energy, infrastructure, and project finance team in New York, the firm announced Wednesday.
Malfettone represents infrastructure funds and institutional investors in mergers and acquisitions, buyouts, and growth equity investments, and advises power producers, developers, and financing parties on project-based transactions and financings, the firm said.
He joins from Troutman Pepper Locke.
