Jeffrey Escobar joined Sheppard, Mullin, Richter & Hampton as a partner in its energy, infrastructure, and project finance industry team in New York, the firm announced Tuesday.
Escobar advises on debt, private credit, and tax equity project and construction financing, structured financing, mergers and acquisitions, development, and sale-leaseback of complex energy and infrastructure projects. He represents lenders, sponsors, investors, project companies, independent power producers, developers, utility companies, private equity funds, and joint ventures, the firm said.
He joins from Troutman Pepper Locke.
