Lorie Soares Lazarus and Peter David Ballance have joined Sheppard Mullin as partners in the real estate, energy, land use, and environmental practice group in Silicon Valley and Century City, Calif., the firm said Tuesday.
Soares Lazarus, who joins in Silicon Valley, represents real estate investors in commercial real estate transactional matters. Ballance joins in Century City, and he advises institutional lenders, financial institutions, developers and property owners in commercial real estate financing, according to Sheppard Mullin.
They recently practiced at Stroock & Stroock & Lavan.
