Megan Rooney has joined Sheppard Mullin as a healthcare partner in the Chicago office, the firm said Monday.
Rooney counsels hospitals, health systems, and healthcare companies in mergers, acquisitions, affiliations, joint ventures, and system restructurings, according to Sheppard Mullin.
She previously was a partner at McDermott Will & Emery.
