Jared Nagley has joined Sheppard, Mullin, Richter & Hampton as a partner in the antitrust and competition practice group and healthcare industry team in the New York office, the firm said Wednesday.
Nagley has experience handling antitrust matters, including litigation, mergers and acquisitions, strategic counseling and government investigations. He represents clients before the Federal Trade Commission, the Department of Justice’s Antitrust Division, as well as state and international enforcement authorities, according to Sheppard Mullin.
He most recently served as counsel at Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison.
