Sheppard Mullin Appoints Cloutier Co-Managing Partner (Correct)

Sheppard Mullin has elected Kevin Cloutier co-managing partner, the firm said Tuesday.

Cloutier, a Chicago partner, succeeds Robert Beall and will join vice chair Jon Newby and co-managing partner MaryJeanette Dee on the Sheppard Mullin leadership team under firm chair Luca Salvi, according to Sheppard Mullin.

The firm also named Kenneth D. Fox, a partner in the Orange County, Calif., office, as practice group leader of the finance and bankruptcy practice group. He will serve alongside Edward H. Tillinghast, Sheppard Mullin said.
