Douglas Yeager and Jeffrey Smith have joined Sheppard Mullin as partners in the firm’s real estate, energy, land use and environmental practice group in Houston, the firm said Tuesday.
Yeager’s practice includes handling office, industrial, retail, and other types of leases, multi-family and mixed-use acquisitions and dispositions, and financing for properties in Texas and around the country, according to the firm.
Smith represents developers, private equity funds, net lease providers, family offices, investors, large corporations, landlords and tenants in complex commercial real estate transactions, and has significant experience in sale-leaseback transactions across a multitude of industries and property types. ...
