Todd Rosenberg joined Sheppard, Mullin, Richter & Hampton as a partner in its health-care practice in Washington, the firm announced Tuesday.
Rosenberg represents large health plans in structuring and negotiating arrangements with pharmacy benefit managers. He advises PBMs in joint ventures and strategic transactions with industry partners. Rosenberg also works with health plans, providers, and other health-care entities on mergers, joint ventures, and strategic collaborations, the firm said.
He joins from Crowell & Moring.
