John Marston has joined Sheppard Mullin as a partner in the governmental practice in Washington, D.C., the firm said Tuesday.
Marston has experience in federal tax investigations and trials and has defended clients in front of government agencies on issues such as bankruptcy, securities, antitrust, and federal and state criminal matters, according to Sheppard Mullin.
He worked as an assistant US attorney and served in the fraud and public corruption division. He joins from Foley Hoag.
