Jeffrey Bingham joined Sheppard, Mullin, Richter & Hampton as a partner in its finance and bankruptcy practice group in Dallas, the firm announced Tuesday.
Bingham represents private credit funds, non-bank lenders, corporate borrowers, debt funds, and private equity sponsors in middle market private credit financing and direct lending transactions. He structures and negotiates secured and unsecured financings in commercial lending transactions, including asset backed and/or borrowing base financings, acquisition financings, and cross-border financings.
He joins from Alston & Bird.
