Graham McCall joined Sheppard, Mullin, Richter & Hampton as a partner in its corporate practice and private equity industry team in Dallas, the firm announced Monday.
McCall advises alternative asset managers on private fund creation, offerings and ongoing operations, representing institutional sponsors, registered investment advisers and exempt reporting advisers. His practice spans multiple strategies and asset classes, including hedge, private equity, private credit, commodities, real estate, energy, digital assets, venture capital and fund-of-funds, the firm said.
He joins from Jackson Walker.
