Carolyn Metnick has joined Sheppard Mullin as a partner in the healthcare and privacy and cybersecurity practices in Chicago, the firm said Monday.
Metnick, who was a partner at McDermott Will & Emery, advises on healthcare regulatory and transactional matters, particularly security and privacy of health information, according to Sheppard Mullin.
She works with clients involved in the healthcare industry such as hospitals, health systems, physician organizations, and digital health companies, Sheppard Mullin said.
