Douglas B. Swill has joined Sheppard Mullin as a healthcare partner in Chicago, the firm said Tuesday.
Swill has experience with transactions for non-profit and for-profit health systems, hospitals, and medical groups, working on health system combinations, joint ventures, and private equity investment, according to Sheppard Mullin.
He previously practiced at Faegre Drinker Biddle & Reath.
