Carolyn Stoner has joined Shearman & Sterling as a partner in the real estate practice in New York, the firm said Monday.
Stoner provides advice on real estate matters across asset classes, including hospitality, digital infrastructure, commercial office buildings, major transportation and cultural centers, and multi-asset portfolios, according to Shearman & Sterling.
She has worked on joint ventures, developments, financings, and ground and commercial space leasing transactions as well as acquisitions and dispositions of real estate assets, Shearman & Sterling said.
