Mona Dajani and Jorge Medina have joined Shearman & Sterling as partners in the project development and finance practice in New York and the Bay Area, Calif., the firm said Monday.
Dajani will serve as global head of renewables, co-head of global energy and infrastructure projects, and head of the hydrogen and ammonia practice in the Americas from the New York office, said Shearman & Sterling. She has experience in syndicated loan and debt capital markets transactions, sustainable finance, ESG, and data centers, according to the firm.
Medina will serve as head of renewables in the Americas in the Bay Area office. He focuses on federal tax policy and controversy issues involving renewable energy, energy storage, electric vehicles, and biofuels, the firm said.
