Seyfarth Shaw has hired 22 lawyers, including 11 partners, from Morris Manning & Martin, a major haul that includes the chair of the firm’s corporate and tax practices and a leader of its employment group.
The lawyers advise in the hospitality and leisure industry, providing a range of services from corporate, employee benefits and real estate, Seyfarth said in a statement. The lawyers are based in Atlanta and Charlotte.
The group is led by corporate partner Matt Peurach, real estate partners Justin Barry and Tom Gryboski, and employee benefits partner Ed Emerson.
