Luke Iovine has joined Seyfarth Shaw as a partner in the corporate department in New York, the firm said Tuesday.
Iovine counsels clients on on mergers & acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures, corporate governance, and other complex transactional matters, according to Seyfarth Shaw.
His clients include those in the telecommunications, real estate, and financial services sectors, said the firm.
He joins from Hogan Lovells.
