Alex Gendzier has joined the corporate department at Seyfarth Shaw in New York, the firm said Tuesday.
Gendzier works on capital markets transactions and investments, representing companies, investors, alternative asset managers, private equity firms, and family offices, according to Seyfarth.
He joins from Arnold & Porter.
