James M. Sullivan has joined Seyfarth Shaw as a partner in its corporate department and member of the restructuring and insolvency practice in New York, the firm said Tuesday.
Sullivan has represented corporate debtors, banks, secured and unsecured creditors, creditors’ committees, trustees, and distressed investors in large Chapter 11 cases, according to Seyfarth.
He counsels borrowers and lenders in acquisition and corporate financing in addition to handling commercial and real estate litigation matters.
Sullivan previously served as a partner at Windels Marx.
