John Domby has joined Seyfarth Shaw as a partner with the firm’s real estate practice in Charlotte, North Carolina, the firm said Tuesday.
Domby advises banks and funds on structured commercial real estate financings, with an emphasis on closing new originations of floating-rate bridge loans and securitized loans, according to Seyfarth.
He also represents Wall Street lenders with a variety of commercial real estate financing transactions, including origination of mortgage and mezzanine loans and loan modifications, the firm said.
Domby joins from Katten Muchin Rosenman.
