Seyfarth Shaw Brings on Marcuis to Labor & Employment Department

Alan Marcuis has joined Seyfarth Shaw as a partner in its labor and employment department in Dallas, the firm said Monday.

Marcuis defends companies dealing with contract, trade secret and post-employment restrictive covenants, EEOC litigation, collective bargaining, and labor relations matters, according to Seyfarth.

He served as co-head of the unfair competition and information task force at Hunton Andrews Kurth.
