Mira Dewji has been appointed chief inclusion and diversity officer at Seyfarth Shaw in New York, the firm said Tuesday.
Dewji, who will be a principal leader of the firm’s inclusion, equity, and belonging strategic plan, will advise senior leadership, including the executive committee and global diversity and inclusion action team, according to Seyfarth.
She was the first director of diversity, equity, and inclusion at Fenwick & West, Seyfath said. She also held the role of assistant director of diversity and inclusion at Mayer Brown as well as transactional attorney and resource group leader at Latham & Watkins.
