Partner Chris Cottrell and associates Michael Szymanski and Xiaoming Gao joined Seyfarth Shaw in its newly launched energy transaction practice in Houston, the firm announced on Wednesday.
The lawyers’ practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and general corporate and commercial matters, with a focus on oil and gas exploration and production companies, oilfield technology service companies, mineral and royalty acquisition companies, midstream companies, family offices, and private equity clients, the firm said.
