Seyfarth Adds Peter Roberts as Restructuring Partner in Chicago

Peter Roberts joined Seyfarth Shaw as a partner in its restructuring and insolvency practice in Chicago, the firm announced Thursday.

Roberts advises clients on business reorganizations, liquidations, workouts, and commercial litigation. He represents debtors, creditors’ committees, trustees, equity receivers, assignees, asset buyers, financial institutions, equipment lessors, landlords, and trade creditors, the firm said.
