Seyfarth Adds Partner Delaney to Corporate Department in Atlanta

Michael Delaney has joined Seyfarth Shaw as a partner in the corporate department in Atlanta, the firm said Wednesday.

Delaney works on mergers and acquisitions, commercial transactions, corporate governance, and securities law, counseling companies, investors, and entrepreneurs, according to Seyfarth.

His experience also covers regulatory and compliance matters, structuring acquisitions, divestitures, and mergers, drafting and negotiating complex commercial agreements, public offerings, and private placements of debt and equity securities, Seyfarth said.

He was counsel in the corporate and finance transactions group at Bryan Cave.
