Robert Giacchetti joined Seyfarth Shaw as a partner in its mergers and acquisitions team in Boston, the firm announced Tuesday.
Giacchetti represents private equity funds and their portfolio companies across their full investment life cycle, including platform and add-on acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, growth investments, and exits. He also advises strategic companies and founders on domestic and cross-border acquisitions, dispositions, and other transformative transactions, as well as on general corporate matters, the firm said.
He joins from Holland & Knight.
