Varuna Bhattacharyya joined Seyfarth Shaw as a partner in its real estate finance practice in New York, the firm announced Monday.
Bhattacharyya counsels both borrowers and lenders, including financial institutions and real estate funds, in all aspects of complex real estate financings from origination through closing. She provides experience in permanent loans, mezzanine loans and other leveraged financings and offers proficiency in loan on loan, REPO and other arrangements, the firm said.
She joins from Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner.
