Kristen A. Curatolo has joined Seward & Kissel as a partner and co-head of the private clients and trusts and estates group in New York, the firm said Wednesday.
Curatolo, who joins from Kirkland & Ellis, focuses on wealth transfer planning and administration, according to Seward & Kissel.
She works with multiple generations of ultra-high-net-worth families, private equity fund principals, and public figures, Seward & Kissel said.
