Ronald A. Hewitt has joined Seward & Kissel as a partner with the global banking and corporate trust group in New York, the firm said Monday.
Hewitt has represented institutional clients in finance, corporate restructuring, capital markets and derivative transactions, according to Seward & Kissel.
He formerly practiced with Covington & Burling.
