Seward & Kissel Adds Litigator Mark Garibyan to New York Office

Mark Garibyan joined Seward & Kissel as a partner in its litigation and investigations group in New York, the firm announced Tuesday.

Garibyan represents hedge funds, private equity firms, public companies, and high-net-worth individuals in complex commercial disputes with a focus on securities cases, partnership disputes, and employment matters. He has conducted investigations on behalf of clients in sensitive matters involving compliance with the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act and anti-money laundering requirements, the firm said.

He joins from McDermott Will & Schulte.
