Seth Farber joined Haynes Boone as a partner in its white collar and investigations practice in New York, the firm announced Tuesday.
Farber’s practice focuses on white-collar criminal defense, government investigations and business litigation, including parallel civil and regulatory proceedings, securities and insider-trading matters, tax-fraud cases, antitrust disputes and financial-crime compliance. He has tried numerous federal and state cases before juries in a variety of jurisdictions and argued civil and criminal appeals in multiple federal circuits, the firm said.
He joins from Winston & Strawn.
