Shira Selengut joined Holland & Knight as a partner in its executive compensation and benefits team in New York, the firm announced Monday.
Selengut’s practice focuses primarily on ERISA, employee benefits and executive compensation. She regularly advises financial institutions, private equity sponsors and investment funds on ERISA’s plan asset, fiduciary responsibility and prohibited transaction rules, the firm said.
She joins from Katten Muchin Rosenman.
