Selendy Gay Hands Out Bonuses Topping Milbank Big Law Scale (1)

Selendy Gay is giving associates large bonuses that again surpass the scale set by Big Law firms.

Associates at the New York-founded litigation boutique are getting a pair of bonuses ranging from $23,250 to $157,250, Selendy Gay said Thursday. That’s more than the extra payments previously announced by Milbank LLP and matched by several larger competitors, which total as much as $140,000.

Leading litigation boutiques, whose associate rosters are a fraction of those at the largest firms, have blown past the scales set by the industry’s biggest players in recent years.
