Securities Litigator Steinfeld Moves to White & Case in LA

Jeffrey Steinfeld joined White & Case as a partner in its global litigation practice in Los Angeles, the firm announced Tuesday.

Steinfeld is a trial and appellate lawyer who represents companies, financial institutions and senior executives in securities, corporate governance and white-collar matters. He has served as lead counsel in civil, criminal and government enforcement proceedings, and counsels issuers, boards, audit committees and senior executives navigating parallel civil litigation, regulatory scrutiny and reputational risk, the firm said.

He joins from Winston & Strawn, according to his LinkedIn profile.
