Securities and corporate attorney Scott Budlong has joined Barnes & Thornburg as a partner in New York, the firm announced Wednesday.
Budlong has spent his career advising private fund managers, family offices, and other financial market participants on regulatory and transactional matters, according to the firm.
He joins Barnes & Thornburg as the firm is set to triple its Manhattan footprint next year. The Indiana-founded firm currently has more than 25 lawyers and staff in New York.
