A $500 MILLION biotech deal has spawned an SEC whistleblower complaint against two top law firms and a pair of suits in Los Angeles. It all stems from a dispute between Joel Cohen, a screenwriter best known for his work on “Toy Story,” and radiopharmaceuticals company Sofie Biosciences, Maia Spoto reports.
