SDNY Veteran Prosecutor Joins Jones Day With Health Care Focus

Jacob Bergman joined Jones Day as a partner in its health care and life sciences practice in New York, the firm announced Monday.

Bergman joins from the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of New York, where he worked for nearly 12 years. He focused on health care and other civil fraud cases, leading enforcement actions against major pharmaceutical and medical device companies, the firm said.
