SCOTUS To Test Federal Gun Ban for Drug Users: The Brief

THE US SUPREME COURT agreed today to review the constitutionality of a federal ban on drug users and addicts possessing firearms — accepting a Trump administration appeal that sets up a new test for Second Amendment gun-rights protections, Greg Stohr reports.
