John Nowak has joined Schulte Roth & Zabel as a partner in the litigation group in New York, the firm said Monday.
Nowak works on internal investigations, government inquiries, and litigation, representing private equity funds, hedge funds, boards of directors, and principals and executives, Schulte Roth & Zabel said.
He served as the deputy chief of the business and securities fraud section of the US Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of New York as well as the branch chief of the enforcement division of the US Securities and Exchange Commission, according to Schulte Roth & Zabel.
